The Malyk Sacred Foundation is a people-centered, land-rooted organization. We collect only what we need to respond to you, steward relationships, and keep our community safe. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Contact form submissions. When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message so we can respond. These messages are stored in our secure database and forwarded to our team by email.
Email communications. If you correspond with us by email, we retain those messages to maintain the relationship and respond to your inquiries.
No account required. Most of the site can be browsed without creating an account or sharing any personal information.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies served are limited to essential site functionality and basic analytics to help us understand how visitors engage with our work — always in aggregate, never used to identify or profile individuals.
We retain contact messages for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected — typically while a relationship or inquiry is active.
